A Plan For Us True Brits Via A Nationalist Octopus?

Those of us who have been involved in Nationalist politics for some time, most of the last twenty years in my case, have been let down. Certainly, I felt that Nick Griffin was our saviour and the man to take us into the mainstream and it looked like that was going to happen until, by accident or design, my opinion is the latter, the progress made was reversed and in the case of the British National Party, went into terminal decline. I know there are many others who feel the same and like me, have been tinkering with other parties but have not felt the same air of potential from these as we did with Griffin’s BNP in the early days. We have been waiting for the phoenix to rise from the ashes.

In the last month or so this phoenix has exposed itself and created a lot of excitement amongst us disillusioned Nationalists. Progress is slow and I, as much as many of you, wish progress was quicker but we must ensure that impulse doesn’t take the place of good planning. However, I am sure that we will have an update in the very near future.

It is important that we do not rush into this. As attractive it may seem for a new party to start operating now, it would be unwise to do so without preparing a sensible strategy and infrastructure. The potential for a still-born party caused from an impatient rush is large and it would be unlikely to succeed. As we all know, time is running out and we cannot afford to make mistakes.

I am as frustrated as the next person with the lack of communication about progress and I can understand this is annoying particularly when the rumour-machine is fuelled by the hostile anti-British Searchlight and Hope Not Hate organisations, both of whose magazines I receive, free of charge incidentally, (the reasons for which I am unclear). From these and various Nationalist web-sites it seems that the originally mooted True Brit party name and Peter Phillips, the man responsible for registering the party name with the Electoral Commission, are no longer in the frame. This will please those idiots who sent (unpublished) comments to my previous blog posts, which were more concerned with the sexual predilections of Peter Phillips than the fact that Nationalism may have been given a lifeline. Perhaps it might be worth a mention that homosexuality in Nationalism is not new, nor does it prevent a modicum of success, take for example Nicky Crane, co-founder of Blood and Honour and who actually died of an AIDS related illness, Martin Webster, an ex-high ranking National Front official and of course, our old friend Nick Griffin, who it is alleged had a homosexual relationship with Martin Webster. Anyway enough of that as it is not important.

What is important is that a new party is built on firm foundations and develops strong roots so that when the time is right to make further announcements these can be based on the knowledge that the party won’t be a five minute wonder and has the potential to contend in the main political arena and take the place, if not absorbing completely, all of the other small Nationalist parties that have sprung up and essentially compete with each other for the Nationalist vote.

Readers may have seen the recent posting, entitled The Nationalist Octopus, on the British Resistance site, see this link, which is essentially a very common sense approach and details what is necessary in setting up a new party but states it is aimed more at creating a movement. I’m not sure there is anything new in it but it does focus the mind in a way that no document has done for some time. I’m unsure where they will go with it and it has impressed some Nationalists, but not the big names I know are associated with the new party.

Which brings me nicely back to the possibility that the new party could be called the British Democratic Party, this name having been registered with the Electoral Commission by Adrian Davies. I have searched the internet for more information and  found there to be a web-site, see this link - British Democratic Party, with the same name, but which does not relate to the same party as registered and refers to an Alex Reece as Party Leader. Somewhat confusing but I’m sure this is a minor problem.

What isn’t a minor problem is how this country of ours has deteriorated and everything we were once so proud of and held dear has been destroyed and will get even worse if those who could do something about it continue to remain in fragmented groups, bickering amongst themselves, rather than joining together to once again fight back and reclaim this land and make Britain Great once more.

True Brits Update

Well, the official preliminary announcement has been made on the Nationalist Unity Forum and seems to be attracting largely positive and supportive comments. The announcement has certainly caused a buzz in Nationalist circles in general and also amongst those who wish to destroy us and everything we stand for. On the latter, I must say I’ve always found it of interest looking at the Searchlight and, of late, Hope Not Hate websites for their take on what is going on based on the stories created by their various undercover agents and had many a good laugh at some of the stories about incidents and events that I have been involved with and can therefore see what crap they actually write! Both sites seem to be quite excited at the prospect of a new Nationalist party being formed as it essentially gives them a new lease of life now that the BNP has gone from being the only real player on the Nationalist scene to a rapidly sinking, I would say ship, but it’s more like a coracle. Along with these two obviously anti-Nationalist bodies, there are some who inhabit the British Democracy Forum and Stormfront Britain sites and although purporting to be Nationalists seek every opportunity to criticise and belittle when positive moves are taken to take Nationalism forward. There are also those I know, or know of, who seem to make a big noise in support of Nationalism, but who have actually done very little real activity and then there are those who have arrived on the scene somewhat late in life but talk a good Nationalist background prompting one to ask where they have been until now?

Anyway enough of the negative and back to the positive. It seems that some big names in Nationalism are coming forward in support of the new party and some are rumoured to be about to do so. Amongst these are included those having held prominent positions in the BNP, as well as those from other parties and it is particularly promising to know that there are many now coming forward who had seemingly given up as a result of the treachery of the Griffin Gang. On the Griffin subject, Kevin Scott has played a blinder in making the announcement just before the BNP started their conference in Blackpool. Griffin must be spitting feathers! Having seen him lose his temper at a BNP Advisory Council meeting some time ago when Warren Bennett, the one-time Head of BNP Security had upset him, I can imagine him referring to Kevin as a c*** in the same venomous way he did Warren!

What’s particularly encouraging for me is that several fine, but dormant Nationalists in the South West have contacted me to ask about the new developments and suggesting they would like to get involved again.

So, where do we go from here?

It seems there is some mystery and consequently some debate, regarding the proposed party name and also if Peter Phillips will be the party leader. I’m not sure how relevant either of these issues are and feel that, whilst ensuring the debate about the new party continues, have little bearing on the situation, for a couple of reasons. Firstly, the announcement has been made, there will be a new party and there are many disaffected Nationalists coming forward in support. If the party is to be called the True Brits then fine, I think it has many uses and is a name that has none of the stigma associated with any variations of the British National Party or the National Front. Being able to claim membership of Calne True Brits, Swindon True Brits, Wiltshire True Brits or South West True Brits, for example, can only be seen as a positive patriotic statement. Additionally, asking the question “Are you a True Brit?” is quite powerful as how many would be brave enough to say “No, I’m not!”? If the party name is not True Brits then so be it, but as said, there will be a new party!

Next then to the leader, I mentioned Peter Phillips in my previous blog. I’ve never met him, don’t know much about him but have seen him speak and found him to be a decent sort and could make a good leader - see this link - Peter Phillips Speaking. If he is no longer in the frame, there seem to be several big names rumoured to be involved who could take the position, even if only in a caretaker role, pending the election or selection of a more permanent leader. Again this is not a problem.

There is also some debate over what the new party will stand for and some will not commit until that is clearer and they may have a point, but Kevin has said “We have resolved to form a new party – a successor to the British National Party but with inner party democracy, financial transparency and a culture that values debate and differences of opinion. It will be a Party in which there will be safeguards against financial incompetence and the misuse of party funds and against the partisan employment of the security and disciplinary machine”. He continues “We are confident that the new party will appeal to those who have left or been driven out of the British National Party.....”. On this basis, despite quoting specific policies, it can be seen that it will be similar to the BNP but without all of the aspects that Griffin allowed and which caused so much unrest and about which we have been complaining for so long.

I am also quite happy that this process isn’t being rushed, as that’s when mistakes are made. We need to get it right this time, as time isn’t what we’ve got much of left! I’m sure over the next few weeks and months, more details will be announced but in the meantime I think all of us who have an interest need to register that interest on the Nationalist Unity Forum at the foot of the page via the link above. By doing so doesn’t commit you to life membership and if it transpires this venture isn’t for you, then I’d be interested in what alternative you think you might have!?

Some of us have been waiting years for this and it is likely it will be a long haul before everything is made clear, so we need to be patient for just a bit longer and all will, I’m sure, when the time is right, be revealed!
