A Plan For Us True Brits Via A Nationalist Octopus?

Those of us who have been involved in Nationalist politics for some time, most of the last twenty years in my case, have been let down. Certainly, I felt that Nick Griffin was our saviour and the man to take us into the mainstream and it looked like that was going to happen until, by accident or design, my opinion is the latter, the progress made was reversed and in the case of the British National Party, went into terminal decline. I know there are many others who feel the same and like me, have been tinkering with other parties but have not felt the same air of potential from these as we did with Griffin’s BNP in the early days. We have been waiting for the phoenix to rise from the ashes.

In the last month or so this phoenix has exposed itself and created a lot of excitement amongst us disillusioned Nationalists. Progress is slow and I, as much as many of you, wish progress was quicker but we must ensure that impulse doesn’t take the place of good planning. However, I am sure that we will have an update in the very near future.

It is important that we do not rush into this. As attractive it may seem for a new party to start operating now, it would be unwise to do so without preparing a sensible strategy and infrastructure. The potential for a still-born party caused from an impatient rush is large and it would be unlikely to succeed. As we all know, time is running out and we cannot afford to make mistakes.

I am as frustrated as the next person with the lack of communication about progress and I can understand this is annoying particularly when the rumour-machine is fuelled by the hostile anti-British Searchlight and Hope Not Hate organisations, both of whose magazines I receive, free of charge incidentally, (the reasons for which I am unclear). From these and various Nationalist web-sites it seems that the originally mooted True Brit party name and Peter Phillips, the man responsible for registering the party name with the Electoral Commission, are no longer in the frame. This will please those idiots who sent (unpublished) comments to my previous blog posts, which were more concerned with the sexual predilections of Peter Phillips than the fact that Nationalism may have been given a lifeline. Perhaps it might be worth a mention that homosexuality in Nationalism is not new, nor does it prevent a modicum of success, take for example Nicky Crane, co-founder of Blood and Honour and who actually died of an AIDS related illness, Martin Webster, an ex-high ranking National Front official and of course, our old friend Nick Griffin, who it is alleged had a homosexual relationship with Martin Webster. Anyway enough of that as it is not important.

What is important is that a new party is built on firm foundations and develops strong roots so that when the time is right to make further announcements these can be based on the knowledge that the party won’t be a five minute wonder and has the potential to contend in the main political arena and take the place, if not absorbing completely, all of the other small Nationalist parties that have sprung up and essentially compete with each other for the Nationalist vote.

Readers may have seen the recent posting, entitled The Nationalist Octopus, on the British Resistance site, see this link, which is essentially a very common sense approach and details what is necessary in setting up a new party but states it is aimed more at creating a movement. I’m not sure there is anything new in it but it does focus the mind in a way that no document has done for some time. I’m unsure where they will go with it and it has impressed some Nationalists, but not the big names I know are associated with the new party.

Which brings me nicely back to the possibility that the new party could be called the British Democratic Party, this name having been registered with the Electoral Commission by Adrian Davies. I have searched the internet for more information and  found there to be a web-site, see this link - British Democratic Party, with the same name, but which does not relate to the same party as registered and refers to an Alex Reece as Party Leader. Somewhat confusing but I’m sure this is a minor problem.

What isn’t a minor problem is how this country of ours has deteriorated and everything we were once so proud of and held dear has been destroyed and will get even worse if those who could do something about it continue to remain in fragmented groups, bickering amongst themselves, rather than joining together to once again fight back and reclaim this land and make Britain Great once more.

True Brits Update

Well, the official preliminary announcement has been made on the Nationalist Unity Forum and seems to be attracting largely positive and supportive comments. The announcement has certainly caused a buzz in Nationalist circles in general and also amongst those who wish to destroy us and everything we stand for. On the latter, I must say I’ve always found it of interest looking at the Searchlight and, of late, Hope Not Hate websites for their take on what is going on based on the stories created by their various undercover agents and had many a good laugh at some of the stories about incidents and events that I have been involved with and can therefore see what crap they actually write! Both sites seem to be quite excited at the prospect of a new Nationalist party being formed as it essentially gives them a new lease of life now that the BNP has gone from being the only real player on the Nationalist scene to a rapidly sinking, I would say ship, but it’s more like a coracle. Along with these two obviously anti-Nationalist bodies, there are some who inhabit the British Democracy Forum and Stormfront Britain sites and although purporting to be Nationalists seek every opportunity to criticise and belittle when positive moves are taken to take Nationalism forward. There are also those I know, or know of, who seem to make a big noise in support of Nationalism, but who have actually done very little real activity and then there are those who have arrived on the scene somewhat late in life but talk a good Nationalist background prompting one to ask where they have been until now?

Anyway enough of the negative and back to the positive. It seems that some big names in Nationalism are coming forward in support of the new party and some are rumoured to be about to do so. Amongst these are included those having held prominent positions in the BNP, as well as those from other parties and it is particularly promising to know that there are many now coming forward who had seemingly given up as a result of the treachery of the Griffin Gang. On the Griffin subject, Kevin Scott has played a blinder in making the announcement just before the BNP started their conference in Blackpool. Griffin must be spitting feathers! Having seen him lose his temper at a BNP Advisory Council meeting some time ago when Warren Bennett, the one-time Head of BNP Security had upset him, I can imagine him referring to Kevin as a c*** in the same venomous way he did Warren!

What’s particularly encouraging for me is that several fine, but dormant Nationalists in the South West have contacted me to ask about the new developments and suggesting they would like to get involved again.

So, where do we go from here?

It seems there is some mystery and consequently some debate, regarding the proposed party name and also if Peter Phillips will be the party leader. I’m not sure how relevant either of these issues are and feel that, whilst ensuring the debate about the new party continues, have little bearing on the situation, for a couple of reasons. Firstly, the announcement has been made, there will be a new party and there are many disaffected Nationalists coming forward in support. If the party is to be called the True Brits then fine, I think it has many uses and is a name that has none of the stigma associated with any variations of the British National Party or the National Front. Being able to claim membership of Calne True Brits, Swindon True Brits, Wiltshire True Brits or South West True Brits, for example, can only be seen as a positive patriotic statement. Additionally, asking the question “Are you a True Brit?” is quite powerful as how many would be brave enough to say “No, I’m not!”? If the party name is not True Brits then so be it, but as said, there will be a new party!

Next then to the leader, I mentioned Peter Phillips in my previous blog. I’ve never met him, don’t know much about him but have seen him speak and found him to be a decent sort and could make a good leader - see this link - Peter Phillips Speaking. If he is no longer in the frame, there seem to be several big names rumoured to be involved who could take the position, even if only in a caretaker role, pending the election or selection of a more permanent leader. Again this is not a problem.

There is also some debate over what the new party will stand for and some will not commit until that is clearer and they may have a point, but Kevin has said “We have resolved to form a new party – a successor to the British National Party but with inner party democracy, financial transparency and a culture that values debate and differences of opinion. It will be a Party in which there will be safeguards against financial incompetence and the misuse of party funds and against the partisan employment of the security and disciplinary machine”. He continues “We are confident that the new party will appeal to those who have left or been driven out of the British National Party.....”. On this basis, despite quoting specific policies, it can be seen that it will be similar to the BNP but without all of the aspects that Griffin allowed and which caused so much unrest and about which we have been complaining for so long.

I am also quite happy that this process isn’t being rushed, as that’s when mistakes are made. We need to get it right this time, as time isn’t what we’ve got much of left! I’m sure over the next few weeks and months, more details will be announced but in the meantime I think all of us who have an interest need to register that interest on the Nationalist Unity Forum at the foot of the page via the link above. By doing so doesn’t commit you to life membership and if it transpires this venture isn’t for you, then I’d be interested in what alternative you think you might have!?

Some of us have been waiting years for this and it is likely it will be a long haul before everything is made clear, so we need to be patient for just a bit longer and all will, I’m sure, when the time is right, be revealed!

True Brits - A Positive New Future For British Nationalism

Dipping in and out of those parts of the internet, for updates on news and issues relating to the world of Nationalism, as I regularly do, I was given cause to feel a lot more optimistic about the future, than I have for some time.

The trail I followed led me to an article on the Alternative Right website, found here  www.alternativeright.com, entitled The Death of the BNP written by my friend and one time political ally Kevin Scott. It seems this article itself was written as a result of various events in the Nationalist world in recent weeks, specifically the “resignation” announcement of Andrew Brons MEP in which he explained he had essentially been declared persona non gratis in the British National Party and therefore in an untenable position. Co-incidentally I also once found myself in a similar position, as declared by some jumped-up five minute wonder of a small-n nationalist, who seems now to have disappeared, for declaring support for the December Rebels Kenny and Nicholla Smith, Steve Blake and Ian Dawson, when they took action in order to get through to Griffin, that he was, shall I say, making some poor decisions in regard to how he was managing the BNP. Possibly also of influence, in writing the article, was the childish posting by Nick Griffin on his Twitter site, a tweet that I cannot now find, where he posted the address of a homosexual couple and made veiled threats which have resulted in a police investigation. The latter of these has caused a furore in the press, the opposite response to which was caused when the BNP membership list was leaked and member’s addresses, including mine, were made available on the internet! The former of these two events also prompted an article in the Independent newspaper entitled “Rats leave Nick Griffin behind on the BNP’s swiftly sinking ship” and purported to detail the ongoing collapse and decline of the British National Party – see Sinking Ship

It seems that the announcement by Andrew Brons has set the wheels in motion for actions that have been planned for some time and as Kevin mentions in his article, a new party, already with a name, is waiting in the wings to “...scoop up many of the former members and activists who remain detached from the BNP, but politically adrift, as well as win over the likes of the NF, English Democrats, BFP/EDL and even UKIP” and “It also hopes to win over remaining members of the BNP, many of whom remain confused ... as to the real cause of the BNP’s explosive collapse since the 2010 general election”.

Kevin’s final sentence in his article, which gave me particular cause for optimism says “After two years of disarray, failure and ongoing collapse, a light has finally appeared at the end of the BNP story!”

As said above, I have known Kevin for some time and consider him a level-headed Nationalist, one who would not make such a statement if he did not feel we were on the verge of a very important development in Nationalism and so therefore I share in that feeling.

As those of us who have been around for some time might expect, this development will be criticised by those whose purpose in life is to destroy those things that we Nationalists believe in and hold dear, but also by those many supposed nationalists (note again, the small “N”) who play at politics and largely hide behind pseudonyms suggesting they are Nationalists but criticising everything that is being done to take our fight forward. This latter group of people are largely responsible for the in-fighting problems that Nationalism has been faced with and which have caused our movement to fragment and stagnate for so long. There are also those supposedly well-intentioned Nationalists, who on one hand suggest they are supportive, but then add a comment that sub-consciously invites the reader to question whether such developments are good after all. One example being found in the Clubman blog, where writer Mike Howson, a one-time political colleague of mine, announces that “....another political entity has arrived in the form of True Brits formed by Andrew Brons and others including Andrew Moffatt. The leader of the new organisation appears to be Peter Phillips”. The blog then continues “Peter Phillips it transpires is a homosexual!” Much of the blog article then dwells on this issue before announcing at the end that “...if the three people mentioned above wish to have a stab at forming a Nationalists party, then who am I to stand in their way..... and ..... as long as their organisation promotes my world view I would welcome it”. See Olivercromwellsclubman blogspot - True Brits. This article begs the question as to why anyone would want to make comments that may cause readers to question the values of the leader of a new party whilst also "praising" the venture. It may well be a case of deliberate misinformation to discourage those who consider this issue to be of more importance than the saving of our nation! It may simply be rumour, or it might even be true, but whatever it might be, it distracts from what is actually important. I am a heterosexual, but do not feel that this is something I need to discuss or even mention, under normal circumstances, as it is a private matter and does not affect how I conduct myself in public or in the political world and by that same token would expect the same to be said were I homosexual. My view is that if Peter is the best man for the job then that is all that matters and I would rather talk about the positive development that the True Brits seems to be.

I also looked at the Electoral Commission website -and found that the True Brits, have, in fact, been registered as a political party, with Peter Philips as leader and Robert Gertner as Nominating Officer. I also know Bob of old and also consider him to be a level-headed Nationalist, so this gives me even more cause for optimism.

Opportunities have arisen as a result of a rapidly imploding BNP, with the English Democrats and the NF, as well as new organisations, such as Britain First, British Freedom Party and so on, organisations which have shown some promise but which have not fulfilled that promise and all of whom have been vying to fill that vacuum. However, only now it seems, does a serious contender come forward, with the True Brits seemingly having the potential, with the “names” that I now know of who will be supporting them and the lack of stigma associated with some aspects of Nationalism that was relevant in the 60s and 70s, but which is actually no longer relevant in the 21st century.

I believe that now, more than ever in recent times, Nationalism is buzzing with the anticipation of a development that many of us, who have felt disenfranchised since Nick Griffin showed himself to be the destroyer rather than the saviour of Nationalism in this country, will see as a new beginning and the opportunity for us all to move together in making our movement one that fits the circumstances that we are faced with in a 21st century Britain.

I have not felt this optimistic for some time and look forward to hearing more and know there are many other disaffected and disillusioned Nationalists who have also been waiting for such a moment and I am sure that more news on this development will surface in the very near future. I, and I am sure they will, look forward to playing a part and working again with the best of British Nationalists in taking back Britain for us True Brits!

God Bless Muslims!

Due to the general, but sad, political apathy that exists, particularly within the Nationalist movement I very rarely update this blog. Sometimes however, little gems crop up that reawaken that general yearning to do something and thanks to Roger Bennett for bringing this to my attention, as this is one of those moments.

Please watch, enjoy and hope that it stirs the inner Nationalist into making something of our movement once again!

The Dutch Lead The Way!

Finally, the Dutch are waking up, but maybe too late.

Go Dutch - but why wait until 2013?

The Netherlands , where six per cent of the population is now Muslim, is scrapping multiculturalism:

The Dutch government says it will abandon the long-standing model of multiculturalism that has encouraged Muslim immigrants to create a parallel society within the Netherlands. A new integration bill, which Dutch Interior Minister Piet Hein Donner presented to parliament on June 16, reads: "The government shares the social dissatisfaction over the multicultural society model and plans to shift priority to the values of the Dutch people. In the new integration system, the values of the Dutch society play a central role." With this change, the government steps away from the model of a multicultural society.

The letter continues: "A more obligatory integration is justified because the government also demands that from its own citizens. It is necessary because otherwise the society gradually grows apart and eventually no one feels at home anymore in the Netherlands.....

The new integration policy will place more demands on immigrants. For example, immigrants will be required to learn the Dutch language, and the government will take a tougher approach to immigrants who ignore Dutch values or disobey Dutch law.

The government will also stop offering special subsidies for Muslim immigrants because, according to Donner; "It is not the government's job to integrate immigrants."

The government will introduce new legislation that outlaws forced marriages and will also impose tougher measures against Muslim immigrants who lower their chances of employment by the way they dress. More specifically, the government will impose a ban on face-covering, Islamic burqas as of January 1, 2013. Holland has done that whole liberal thing, and realised - maybe too late - that creating a nation of tribes will kill the nation itself.
